Made it out next day to inspect our failing water heater and then install a new one the next day.  Then went above and beyond coming to check settings and make sure it was working for us over the weekend when things seemed off.  Turned out there was a faulty part in the new unit (absolutely not their fault) and their customer service to make it right and get it working fast for our family was outstanding.  100% will recommend to anyone going forward.

They fixed some basement plumbing and then came back a few weeks later to tear out and replaced our old tub and shower fixtures. Everything was well communicated, organized and reasonably priced. We had no hot water TWO days before Christmas. I called Steve and he answers immediately, had me send him photos to determine that it in fact did need to be replaced. When we purchased and moved into our house, there were a number of plumbing issues, and there were many recommendations for plumbers in the area. I reached out to a few companies, and Steve and his team were the first to respond. Since then, communication with them has been prompt and professional. They’ve been able to assess the situation and diagnose the issue, as well as provide recommendations and next steps. They clearly hold themselves to high professional standards, while at the same time feeling like they have their customer’s best interests at heart.
